This building determines the maximum level of all other buildings in War and order. At certain level increments the building with get also a more posh outlook. With upgrading the building you can unlock the following items:

By clicking on the Upgrade Option will show which building is needed to be level up along with the castle wall before can progress to the next castle level; furthermore, it will also display the resource cost to upgrade the castle. By clicking on the City Info option will display the resource collection speed for each type, along with how the Battle Power is made up, and lastly Military army details. The City Buff option will display all the boosts currently being using and can also access and activate buffs from this screen (the only buff that does not stack is peace shield)
